Do you guarantee rentals?
No, no one can genuinely guarantee anything in life, those that may offer weeks of guaranteed rentals are either gambling on their performance or have sold you a property and are putting aside some of the vast commission they get in-case you don't get rentals. We don't gamble with your rentals it's too important to us and you, we offer a ‘double your money back' guarantee because we know that the websites we offer you will perform for you, but that's not gambling, it's based on historic statistics and facts.
How many weeks will my place be rented for?
This is largely dependent upon your place, the country it's in, where it's located with regards to what people want during their holiday, how it's furnished, the price you are asking etc. However with the power of the packages we offer you have the best chance of maximising your season.
How much should I be charging per week or month?
Between us we will work out the best price for you in order to get the most rental income across the year. This could be charging less and getting more rentals, the other way around or pricing according to similar properties, but marketing it better through the packages. Either way we are here to help you with that, it's in our interests to get you the best return on rentals too!
Why should I pay upfront for a marketing package?
Please be clear you are not paying us a 'fee', you are paying to advertise on the websites listed in the package. The difference is that we can purchase the adverts much cheaper from the websites because we buy in large volumes on behalf of our clients and so we can pass this discount on to you. You can buy them directly if you would prefer, but it will cost you a lot more money. Yes we make some money on the packages, but remember we are putting together all your adverts and photo's on all the websites in the package you have chosen.
Other agents don't charge any money up-front, can't you take it out of your commission?
The reason we won't cover upfront costs out of commission is because the level of commission we would have to charge in order to cover the costs of buying the adverts on websites for you would be huge. Other agents may not charge upfront, but then you need to investigate deeply how they are going to market or advertise your property. Then you need to compare the likely rental income you would get as a result of the exposure they are giving your property compared to buying a powerful marketing package through us.
I've spent money out on advertising and websites before and it didn't work, why should I believe you?
Advertising is one thing, Marketing is another. The difference is, advertising is simply displaying your wares on a particular media, be it a newspaper, website, radio or TV etc. Marketing is about experience and making educated decisions on what will generate the best return for your investment and having an active role in it's performance through testing, tweaking and fine tuning. We're not saying you should "buy into" our own website, what we are saying is "buy into" high performing websites that will generate results, it's the sole purpose of their business to generate exposure for your property.
With the vast amount of websites you have as your ammunition within these packages, our expertise in marketing and our passion for getting your place rented, you stand a far better chance of getting the result you want than you ever have done previously.

How do I know that you will get my place rented out?
The answer to that is you don't! However the power of the packages is such that it is extremely unlikely to not gain rentals for your property. We must stress that we won't accept any property that we believe can't be rented out. Sometimes due to location, condition, the local political situations and possible civil unrest etc, it is not possible to rent out your property, we will advise you of this before taking it on. What we will do is try and advise you of changes or improvements you could make so that it can possibly be rented out. If your place is accepted by us then we are confident that you can achieve rentals for it and of course there's that ‘double money back' guarantee again.
If I pay you for a package up-front, how do I know you won't run off with my money?
If for some extremely unlikely reason we were to no longer be in business, please remember that you are paying via us for a reduced price on a powerful combination of websites, you will still have your adverts on these sites for the remainder of the year you have signed for. The big loss will be the fact that you wouldn't be able to take advantage of the huge discounts once your year ran out or have the expert marketing that we behind the scenes for you at no addition cost.

Who are Lets Get Lets?
Lets Get Lets is a family business, owned and run by Glen & Emma MacRae. They have two children, a dog and two cats. (one of them is three legged, the cat that is!)
